The ceremony & reception.
We'll have a short ceremony in the early evening, followed by aperitivo (drinks and appetizers) on the terrace, dinner in the vineyard, and then dancing until the sun comes up!

Finding your way in.
Rome is easy to reach and a joy to wander. Here's the shape of the journey, however you're travelling.

A bed for the night.
A handful of places we love, across budgets. Book early — June is high season in Roma, and rooms go quickly.
Hotel Santa Maria
A 16th-century cloister turned hotel. Cobblestones, orange trees, great trattorie below.
Residenza Paolo VI
Quiet, elegant, a short walk from Castel Sant'Angelo. Easy taxi to the venue.

The small print.
The odds and ends that make the trip smoother.
- Dress code
- Summer semi-formal. White and nude colors. Linen suits and lighter fabrics are encouraged — it'll be warm, and the floor will sometimes be grass. Find dress code inspiration on Sophie's Pinterest board.
- Weather
- Roman June: hot days (around 28–30°C), soft evenings. Bring a wrap for after dark.
